On Friday, April 15, at the SIOP 2016 annual meeting of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Bernardo M. Ferdman and Charley Morrow will co-chair and facilitate a panel discussion titled Inclusive Leadership: Fulfilling the Promise of Diversity from the Top. In addition to Dr. Morrow (from Linkage, Inc.) and Dr. Ferdman (Alliant International University & Ferdman Consulting), this session will feature expert panelists from Catalyst, Pearn Kandola, TIAA, and Procter & Gamble. The group will address questions about inclusive leadership, what it is, how it relates to diversity and inclusion more generally, and what its results can be. We will also discuss how companies can develop inclusive leaders and best practices for addressing common barriers to inclusive leadership.
