In February 2020, UCLA Anderson Executive Education will launch a new executive education program, under the faculty direction of Dr. Bernardo Ferdman, focusing on providing leaders with the skills and perspectives they need to foster inclusion at work, to build inclusive organizational cultures that bring out the best in everyone, and to translate this into organizational success.

The program kicks off on February 3, 2020 with a webinar and features 3½ days of intensive learning on the UCLA campus, from March 2 to March 5, guided by distinguished faculty, UCLA Anderson professors Dr. Heather Caruso and Dr. Miguel Unzueta, as well as Dr. Ferdman.

Leaders who would like to model inclusion, promote a culture of inclusion in the organization, and use diversity and inclusion to help outcomes should consider attending.
