The recently published Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks: Standards for Organizations Around the World is based on extensive contributions from 79 Expert Panelists around the world and illustrates what excellent diversity and inclusion work looks like today, worldwide.
The 13 categories, including strategy, business case, leadership, recruitment, communication, product development, measurement, training, social responsibility, and supplier diversity, apply to all sectors and sizes of organizations and communities. For each category, the Benchmarks are divided into five levels that indicate progress toward the best practices in that category – from 0 percent (where no work has begun) to 25, 50, 75 and then on to the current global best practices at 100 percent.
