On Tuesday, September 24 at 3:05pm, Bernardo Ferdman will be speaking to the social-organizational psychology department at Teachers College, Columbia University (Room 438, Horace Mann) about the practice of inclusion in diverse groups and organizations.
Dr. Ferdman will discuss insights about what inclusion is at multiple levels of system, why it matters, how we can foster it, and some of its challenges and dilemmas, including those involved in translating systems-level interventions to the individual and interpersonal levels and vice versa. He will also talk about ways to more effectively bridge research and practice on inclusion.
