My work is grounded in the integration of theory, research, and practice and links domestic and global perspectives to address both the immediate and long-term needs of organizations that would like to learn to foster inclusion and use their diversity to achieve better business results. I work with organizational leaders and employees to develop and implement better ways of using the talents and contributions of every member of the organization and to build multicultural competencies on the part of individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. Doing this effectively involves a commitment to continuous learning and to developing and implementing processes and systems that foster inclusion. I work in both English and Spanish, and have consulted to organizations in different parts of the world, including the United States, South America, and Europe.
