Do you want to measure inclusion at your organization, but don’t know where to start? Are you interested in fostering broader inclusion at your organization but don’t have time or resources to work directly with a consultant? Perhaps you already have an internal DEI team, but you need additional tools to support learning about inclusion or to measure inclusion? Do you want a DEI program that is scalable and customized to fit your organization’s needs?
Based on Dr. Ferdman’s researched-based framework for inclusion, the Inclusion@Work® learning program and the Workplace Inclusion Inventory™️ are easy-to-use online tools to help you with your inclusion-related goals.

The Workplace Inclusion Inventory™️
Take the pulse of inclusion at your organization.
We believe that efforts to foster inclusion in the workplace should be grounded in employee experiences of inclusion.
- Do your employees feel that their voices are being heard?
- Do they believe they are being treated fairly?
- Do they take proactive steps to foster inclusion?
The Workplace Inclusion Inventory can help you answer these questions.
If your organization…
- Is launching a new DEI initiative
- Needs a metric to measure your DEI success
- Wants to make data-informed DEI decisions
…then the Workplace Inclusion Inventory™️ can help you achieve your goals.
Based on inclusion expert Dr. Bernardo Ferdman’s research-based framework for inclusion, and focusing on experiences of inclusion and inclusive behavior, this assessment is user-friendly and customizable to your organization’s specific needs.
Once your staff complete the Workplace Inclusion Inventory, the results will provide you with 6 different indicators of the experience of inclusion and inclusive behavior (in addition to the item-level results): Authenticity & Voice, Belonging & Respect, Fairness & Equity, Organizational Commitment to DEI, Inclusive Supervision, Inclusive Behavior & Commitment (Self).
We can also disaggregate the results to give you greater insights about how they compare across functions, levels, departments, and demographic categories.
