Bernardo has been writing about topics such as inclusive leadership, cultural diversity, and identity in the workplace for more than three decades.
In 2021, he published Inclusive Leadership: Transforming Diverse Lives, Workplaces, and Societies, which brings together 47 authors in 29 chapters to provide guidance and hands-on strategies for fostering inclusion.
In 2014, he published Diversity at Work: The Practice of Inclusion, a holistic book that serves as a resource for anyone wanting to improve inclusion in the workplace.
