At the upcoming Mid-Winter Conference of the Society of Consulting Psychology, in Las Vegas, on January 27, 2011, Dr. Bernardo M. Ferdman will be conducting a workshop titled Gaining the Benefits of Diversity: Adding Value through Inclusion. The workshop will be held from 1:15 to 5:00 pm at the Wynn Hotel. Registration is only $105 for SCP members and $115 for non-members.

This interactive workshop – grounded in practice and research – will focus on inclusion as a key enabler for reaping diversity’s benefits and therefore as an essential competency in diverse groups and organizations. Questions addressed will include: What is inclusion? How is it created and manifested in organizations? Why should and how can we bring more of our selves to work? What difference can inclusion make in our personal and professional lives and for groups and organizations?
